French Wines Dinner @ Silk Surin
The dinner started at 6 pm on Friday, June 20 at Phuket’s one finest restaurant, Silk Restaurant & Bar Surin Plaza, working closely with World Class Wines Company Limited and Sararil Wine Company Limited; brought to you a selection of French wines suggested with Thai equivalent spicy dishes as the perfect matching value up its taste. Those are two white and two red wines namely;

The function gathered wine lovers over the islands, they’re chatting around, sharing their own wine experiences.
We had a chance to get to know them more through the question asked about “which wine represents you?” these are what we get;
"I'm not a wine drinker"

“I love white wine, Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay suits my favorite on fish” said Khun Apple of Andara |

“Why not” said laughingly Khun Watchara of Vasi Construction who normally drinks whisky as he told us later. |

“Red wine likes Chateau best suits my tastes, it is classic and original” said Khun Kwang, General Manager of the Silk who fond of Chateau, the old wine.

The dinner was over with pleasant impression everyone got, felt its strong willing of chef team leaded by Khun Aoi to deliver and represent the aesthetic of tasteful Thai cuisine along with authentic French wine.
